Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free of any odors, stains, or damage
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear bottoms, bikini bottoms, or any swimwear that has been tried on without underwear. These items are considered final sale to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package your item(s) securely including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your new item once we receive the returned product
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchange shipments

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear bottoms of any kind (including bikini bottoms and swimwear bottom separates)
  • Any swimwear item without its original hygiene liner attached
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
  • Gifted items without proof of purchase

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange fluctuations
