We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) and offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Rosewe swimwear! If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Swimwear bottoms of any kind (including bikini bottoms and swimwear bottom separates)
- Any swimwear item without its original hygiene liner attached
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
- Gifted items without proof of purchase
- Any swimwear that has been tried on without underwear
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Free of any odors, stains, or damage
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package your item(s) securely including the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We will ship your new item once we receive the returned product

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
